Medium Shots - Position 1

The cue ball needs the kiss of ball 2, but just a little bit, so that it is not blocked at the short rail, but also rolls into the gathering zone.

Medium Shots - Position 2

This position is the same as the basic stroke 6. The difference is that ball 2 is frozen to the rail and ball 3 is stuck in the corner. These two elements reduce the margin of error significantly. Therefore you have to be very precise.
